Planning to ship the relay only. Then it was very difficult to remove from the 750 plug in case. It did not die in an industrial environment. The case did not have the front cover.
It is model # 750-P5-G5-S5-lo-a20-r-e. The case grooves to rack it out cracked so I m throwing the unless you want. Some pictures are shown when it was powered up and shows the version. It will now not power up and has a bad fuse.
The relay had very few hours on it. Upon recent testing it first powered up fine in a case, but taking pictures the power was shut off and turned back on to quickly fuse blew. It was just a bench test failure. So this most likely has a failed power supply, but I am speculating. I ended up removing the terminal blocks on back of case and just plugging them into relay. A new fuse was installed and it came on, but by the time access jumper to set clock smelled like something going out.
